This is goodbye! After four years of research into making Europe's food systems more sustainable, four years of collaboration, networking, and exchanging ideas across borders, projects, and stakeholder groups, our project is coming to an end.
|
As a farewell, we leave you with a short video highlighting some of the key takeaways from this journey, a recent publication on climate change skepticism and farmers' responses to CO2e taxation in Denmark, and the very last "SPI of the month", exploring how Germany can expand organic farmland by 2030.

A big thank you to everyone who enriched our work and research: to our Science-Policy Interface participants - practitioners, policymakers, and other food chain actors - who grounded our research in real-world experience; to our sister projects ENFASYS and BEATLES for creating valuable synergies; and to our funding bodies, the European Union and UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), for making this work possible in the first place.

SPI of the month: Expanding Organic Farming in Germany

How can Germany expand organic farmland by 2030? This pivotal question lies at the heart of the Science-Policy Interface (SPI) on Organic Farming, that brings together key stakeholders from various sectors, like farmers, advisors, researchers, policymakers, and other actors along the agricultural value chain. The goal is to identify solutions that can drive the transition to organic farming and increase organic farmland in Germany.
