Gain insights from the University of Aberdeen’s VISIONARY project, which sheds light on the enablers and challenges of sustainable public food procurement. Sarah Gowanlock will share experiences from the Soil Association’s ‘Food for Life served here’ program. Additionally, Bente Kramer Møller and Mark Hunter, two leaders from regional councils in Denmark and the UK, will showcase practical examples from procurement strategies of a city and a rural council, respectively, which have made great strides towards more sustainable food systems.
