Studii de caz: Comercianți cu amănuntul

Putem promova vânzările de alimente durabile prin îndemnarea consumatorului în direcția corectă? Desfășurând experimente de teren în magazine de vânzare cu amănuntul (de exemplu, supermarketuri, magazine agricole), acest grup generează noi perspective unice asupra intervențiilor de încurajare a alimentelor durabile în contextul comportamentului real de cumpărare al consumatorilor și testează eficacitatea diferitelor măsuri de încurajare și promovare pentru creșterea vânzărilor de alimente durabile. Perspectivele rezultate din experimentele efectuate în magazinele de vânzare cu amănuntul completează perspectivele consumatorilor rezultate din cercetarea prin sondaj (a se vedea „Perspectivele consumatorilor”).

This study (Deliverable 2.1) consists of a systematic literature review to map levers and lock-ins to give an overview of drivers for behaviour change and their relevance to specific actors in the food system and specific value chains. This was achieved by performing an umbrella review of systematic and structured literature reviews conducted in relation to the behavioural aspects of sustainability transition in food systems. This review resulted in a systematic mapping of the factors influencing behavioural change of food system actors (so called 360° Reviews) and a narrative synthesis of the recommendations made by the selected reviews.
