A VISIONARY célja, hogy különféle gyakorlati szereplők – beleértve a gazdálkodói szervezeteket, tanácsadó szolgálatokat, vállalatokat és civil szervezeteket – számára betekintést nyújtson abba, hogyan alakíthatók ki fenntarthatóbb üzleti modellek az élelmiszer-értéklánc mentén. Ez pontosan a négyes munkacsomag (WP4), az Értéklánc-kezdeményezések és üzleti modellek fókusza, amely az agrár-élelmiszeripari értékláncok szereplői közötti kezdeményezéseket vizsgálja, és arra törekszik, hogy azonosítsa azokat a sikeres üzleti stratégiákat és modelleket, amelyek piacot teremtenek a fenntartható módon előállított élelmiszerek számára.
